After you become a member, browse courses and register for the desired courses. Your spot is secured once you pay the instructor. You will receive an email verification and be able to view your “paid” receipt in your account.

Payment is due when you register for your course. Fees increase by $25 after July 20. When applicable, material fees may apply. This will be clearly noted in the course description.

Instructors list their preferred payment methods in their course description page. Payment instructions will be displayed upon course registration.

All payments to instructors are final. However, in the event of a class cancellation by the instructor, a full refund will be issued.

If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, instructors will issue full refunds using the original payment method.

Our instructors warmly welcome new students. A coordinator will liaise with the instructor regarding the course requirements. If they’re able to accept the student, full payment for the course will apply.

Our courses are designed for a 34-week academic year. We plan to meet for 30 weeks, with 2 additional weeks each semester reserved for optional makeup days if needed. This allows flexibility for holidays, weather-related cancellations, or instructor absences.
